We start once 1 cm has fallen and finish within 24 hours of the snowfall ending, usually much sooner. In extreme storms over 30 cm, this can stretch to 48 hours.

Yes. We clear every day of the season, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Monthly plans are paid on the 1st of each month, or for the whole season up front. Per-visit and sidewalk-only plans are billed after each visit. We accept e-Transfer and credit card.

Yes, anytime with 2 weeks’ notice. Unused time is refunded, with no cancellation fee.

When a single snowfall is over 15 cm, a small surcharge applies to that visit.

Founding clients save 10% when they sign by November 15, 2026. Add 5% when a neighbour on your block signs too, and seniors (65+) save 5%. Combined discounts are capped at 15%.
